One of a series of ten editions (RCM31–40) publishing the antiphons and anonymous Magnificats in the Lambeth choirbook. The copyist identified this composer simply as ‘Stourton’; he was probably William Stourton, a singer in the royal household chapel in the early 1500s. The setting has as its cantus firmus the Gloria tibi trinitas chant used by John Taverner in one of his six-part Masses. For six voices: SATTBarB. x + 18 pages. ISMN 979-0-57039-123-3.
